Rhythm of The Dance Returns to CMC March 7 3/7/17 to 3/7/17
The popular music and dance extravaganza, Rhythm of The Dance, returns to the Chuck Mathena Center on Tuesday, March 7 at 7pm. The National Dance Troupe of Ireland brings its twenty-two dancers, three tenors and live band to the CMC stage. The two-hour show contains a wealth of Irish talent. It is an inspiring epic reliving the journey of the Celts throughout history using modern forms of dance and music. The richly
costumed performance marries the contemporary with the ancient, combining traditional dance with the most up-to-date theater technology.

Rockin' Road To Dublin 3/14/17 to 3/14/17
Following sell-out shows in the Northeast, Rockin' Road To Dublin is coming to Huntington on their 2017 national tour! Come see the show that Irish Dancing Magazine called " WORLD CLASS... a one-two punch of style and mastery...they made some magic here."

Rockin' Road to Dublin is the new sensation that combines the art of an Irish dance show, the power of a Rock-N-Roll concert, all with the finish of a Broadway theatrical production.

Starring World Champion Irish dancers Scott Doherty and Ashley Smith, the cast includes 14 dancers, 8 musicians and two vocalists.

Re-Inventing West Virginia: Respecting the Heritage and Realizing the Future 3/18/17 to 3/18/17
The Shepherd University MBA Program will host a day-long Summit: “Re-Inventing West Virginia: Respecting the Heritage and Realizing the Future” on Saturday, March 18, 2017 on the campus of Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV.
This Summit will discuss and analyze ways to overcome traditional challenges to the State in order to position and brand West Virginia as a State that is attractive, beautiful and successful. This Summit will address West Virginia’s economy as it is impacted by education, technology, energy, tourism, and marketing. Finally, utilizing these discussions and analyses, a branding forum will summarize the highlights and provide a plan for the future success of Almost Heaven, West Virginia!
Four one-hour long forums will be held.
• Education and Technology’s Role in Re-Inventing WV
• Energy’s Role in Re-Inventing WV
• Marketing’s Role in Re-Inventing WV
• Tourism’s role in Re-Inventing WV

Adairs Run Concert 3/25/17 to 3/25/17
Adairs Run is a country group based in Nashville, TN with fiery edge. Their sound encompasses the roots from rock and roll all the way to melodies that tie into the heartfelt storytelling in today's country music. The band is made up of members Todd Hanchock, Pat Pollifrone, Ian Daugherty, and Chad Yarger. Please join us in welcoming Adairs Run back home for their second performance on the CMC stage.
